POSITION SUMMARY
Contracts Administration Analyst will be a direct support of the Senior Director, Implementation, dealing with maintaining and updating all contracts with our clients. They will support the new business and renewals process by working with the Sales and Account Management team to ensure all contracts and appropriate documentation are received. They then update all business systems with relevant data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work with the legal team on any template contract updates
- New Business task tracking and reporting
- Paperwork and billing audits
- Update BenefitPoint and all necessary databases
- Ensure that contract terms are up to date in Allied’s databases (CRM)
- Complete website administration functions
- Communicate new client to all vendors, including PPO, UR, etc.
- Work with sales and marketing on creating renewal and new business contracts
- Send and track receipt of renewal and new business contracts
- Administrator for all Administration systems, including BenefitPoint and Docuvantage
- Assist with Account Management implementation tasks
- Work with different vendors for vendor contracts
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all internal and external customers.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skill
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 3-5 years of contracts administrative experience required
- Strong demonstrated knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Intermediate knowledge of MicroSoft Office
CERTIFICATES & LICENSES
- Life and Health Insurance Producer’s License required (can be obtained upon hire)
