Job Objective:
To assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity within the E-Commerce Department. Act as the primary lead in the absence of the E-Commerce Manager, overseeing the supervision of staff. Help coordinate tasks, maintain quality standards, and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations and the successful achievement of e-commerce goals. This position reports to E-Commerce Manager who evaluates performance annually.

Essential Job Functions:
- Assist the manager with daily operations across assigned departments, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Master and implement software programs including ShopGoodwill, Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc., and shipping platforms.
- Develop listing strategies and maintain data methods to track returns, refunds, and precious metals data.
- Train and develop employees and program participants, providing feedback in collaboration with Mission Services.
- Research and identify unique donated items.
- Maintain professionalism in customer and vendor communication, while monitoring industry trends and business growth opportunities.
- Administer and oversee employee disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies, ensuring fairness, consistency, and proper documentation.
- Keep accurate records of department supplies, inventory, and e-commerce containers, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
