SUMMARY:
The Therapist is responsible for the delivery of coordinated and collaborative clinical services to children, adolescents, and families across various community-based settings. Such services shall be consistent with Agency policy and procedures, clinical supervision, the Core Practice Model, community mental health service provisions, and the standards of practice for registered and licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Clinical Social Workers, or Psychologists within the State of California.

POSITION INCENTIVES:
- Bilingual Incentive - $1,500.00
- Intensive Services Crisis Response Monthly Incentive $300.00
- $1,500.00 bonus after 3 months upon successful completion of training period

JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for the delivery and coordination of community-based mental health services to clients and families
- Conducts clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Provides culturally competent individual, family, and group therapy in the home, school, and other community settings
- Engages family members/caregivers/identified support persons in regular collateral contacts/sessions/CFT meetings
- Works collaboratively with all members of the treatment team (i.e., Child & Family Specialist, Facilitator, Parent Partner, Psychiatrist, school staff, identified DCFS and Department of Probation personnel)
- Responds to crisis calls and provides crisis intervention services either by phone or face-to-face, as determined in consultation with clinical supervisor
- Completes all documentation in accordance with deadlines and performance standards established by Policy and Procedures and/or the Director of Mental Health
- Attends weekly individual and group supervision
