Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Fit for air travel and legal eligibility to rent and operate a rental vehicle.
- Capability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable business software/applications.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Competence in resolving customer complaints and issues while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time as required.
- Ability to respond to service requests on short notice.
- Must be able to ascend and descend a fixed vertical ladder, up to 125’ high, 10% of the time

- Experience with electro/mechanical repair and troubleshooting
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
