Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Field Service, Industrial Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Multi-craft experience, including mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills across multiple disciplines.
- Experience with Millwright work and mechanical systems.
- Experience in the Automation industry, including installation, maintenance, and repair of automated systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
- Fit for air travel with legal eligibility to rent and operate a rental vehicle.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Self-motivated and independent, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable business software.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complaints professionally.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time as required.

- Previous experience with electro/mechanical repair and troubleshooting
- Previous experience with diagnostic tools and equipment

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to ascend and descend a fixed vertical ladder, up to 135’ high, 10% of the time
- Work environment temperatures range from -40F to 110F
