Job Description 

The Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist (Sr MCS) plays a critical role in driving Centella’s growth by designing, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and support the success of our Siemens Advanced Partner and Healthcare Technology Solutions business. This role blends strategy with execution by developing campaign concepts, managing multi-channel execution, and analyzing performance to ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing in the healthcare sector. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Development 

  • Lead the development of integrated campaign strategies that align with Centella’s business objectives, sales goals, and growth priorities. 

  • Define campaign goals, audience segmentation, messaging, and channel mix based on market research and sales input. 

  • Collaborate with product marketing and business development to ensure campaigns position Centella’s offerings competitively and resonate with customer needs. 

  • Build campaign frameworks and roadmaps that support both short-term lead generation and long-term brand growth. 

  • Campaign Execution & Project Management 

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including timelines, creative assets, budgets, and vendor coordination. 

  • Oversee campaign production across marketing automation platforms, CRM, and digital channels. 

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standards. 

  • Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimization 

  • Define campaign KPIs, track results, and build dashboards and reports that communicate performance to Marketing, Sales, Portfolio Management, and Executive stakeholders. 

  • Provide regular reporting on campaign ROI, lead generation, and sales pipeline contribution. 

  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership. 

  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis to maximize effectiveness. 

  • Collaboration & Alignment 

  • Partner closely with the broader account community, includes Account Executives, Service Sales, and Clinical Service Engineers to ensure campaigns support pipeline development and lead nurturing. 

  • Work with MarCom teammates and external agency partners to align campaign assets and brand messaging. 

  • Engage with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams when campaigns require alignment with data systems or process enhancements. 

  • Share insights and best practices to elevate overall campaign performance. 

Qualifications 

  • Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 

  • Experience: 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, ideally in the B2B healthcare industry. 

  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns that deliver measurable impact. 

  • Skills: 

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, including Hubspot; digital analytics and advertising platforms, including Google Analytics and Google Ads 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. 

  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Working Conditions: 

  • Full-time position based in Miami; light travel may be required. 

  • Hybrid working schedule, with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home each week. 

  • Flexibility may be required based on project needs and team meetings.
