Psychotherapeutic Services recognize their affirmative duty to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal and health information (data) of their employees and those they serve. Every employee, regardless of title, position or status within the Company is charged with an affirmative duty to immediately report any suspected or alleged data breach directly to the Risk Manager located within the Human Resources office via decorp@ps-corp.net and then using the form(s) provided for that purpose. Communications relevant to a suspected or alleged data breach will be treated as being Confidential.
