The Director of Donor Relations is responsible for leading donor stewardship efforts, advancing philanthropic initiatives, and achieving fundraising goals for Midland Care. This leadership role reports directly to the Executive Director of Development and collaborates closely with the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.
Employment Type: Full- Time | Monday- Friday 8a-5p
Pay Rate:Â $84,000+/ annually (pay is based on requirements and experience)
Location:Â Topeka, KS
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a comprehensive donor relations strategy that includes annual and long-term fundraising goals.
- Supervise and support development staff, promoting a positive and productive team culture.
- Manage donor acquisition, cultivation, and stewardship using a moves management system.
- Oversee major gift solicitations, donor communications, and grant writing efforts.
