Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, following individualized care plans to enhance mobility, function, and overall well-being.

Pay: Starting at $48/hr.+ based on requirements and like experience 

Sign on Bonus $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients' therapeutic and functional status.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and equipment usage.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (homecare experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle (as required by state/organization).
• Current CPR certification.
