- Associate’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- 2+ years of HR, compliance, or administrative experience (manufacturing/production setting a plus).
- Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and record keeping best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual preferred.
