Server- Banquet

Seeking part-time, highly motivated, interactive banquet servers. This position is highly flexible, with available morning, day, and evening shifts.

Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Providing outstanding customer service to RCC members and guests
• Having/Obtaining Rserving Certificate
• Learning & utilizing Jonas POS system
• Maintaining health code procedures
• Maintaining RCC cleaning procedures
• Learning & memorizing signature cocktail menus
• Learning & memorizing beer & wine selections
• Providing proper wine bottle service
• Handling a cash bank
• Expanding food/beverage knowledge to be able to answer typical questions of members/guests
