The purpose of this role is to accurately and timely input pricing and item attributes to support our goal of providing a great customer experience while allowing El Rio Grande the ability to measure item performance compared to syndicated data. Additionally, this position will help support the price image of EL Rio Grande by meeting aggressive and ever-changing timelines.

 

Essential Functions Pricing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains database by entering new and updated pricing and data attributes.
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
  • Establishes entry priorities.
  • Processes internal and external source documents by reviewing data for inaccurate and incomplete information.
  • Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Completes data timely and accurately to support store receiving, pricing, and customer experience. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verifies entered price and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Combines data from multiple systems as needed.
  • Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Tests data and system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
  • Secures information for auditing purposes.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains and protects data by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

The Pricing Coordinator is a full-time position that requires a candidate to work 40 hours per week which can include some weekends and holidays. The candidate must have the ability to work non-traditional hours as needed to support the store operation and customer experience.

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
