Position Summary
The Digital Engagement Analyst is responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing Kettle Cuisine’s digital marketing initiatives across web, social, Microsoft Teams, and digital asset platforms. This role drives customer engagement strategy through data insights and ensures that content and campaigns deliver measurable results that inform future marketing direction. Partnering with the Kettle Cuisine creative team, this role ensures a cohesive, engaging, and data-informed digital presence across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure all digital content is on-brand, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
- Direct the creation and management of photography and video assets by developing briefs, coordinating shoots, and ensuring outputs align with engagement strategy.
- Track and analyze performance across digital channels (web & social) and customer engagement events (trade shows & conferences).
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates and digital presentation tools that reflect brand standards.
- Maintain and monitor digital brand standards across web, social media, Microsoft Teams, and other digital platforms.
- Translate analytics into insights and recommendations to inform future digital engagement strategy.
- Analyze retail POS data and customer purchase trends to identify insights that may inform digital engagement strategies and cross-channel opportunities, should Kettle Cuisine enter or gain access to such platforms.
- Provide consultative, data-informed recommendations to private label partners regarding best practices in e-commerce and omni-channel marketing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and analytics with proven ability to measure engagement and ROI.
- Strong experience in digital content creation, including:
- Graphic design for web, social, and presentations (PowerPoint).
- Photography and videography for social media and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital content creation tools, including
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
- Canva or equivalent platforms for quick-turn social and presentation design
- Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut) with ability to adapt to emerging platforms
- Ability to direct and manage photography and video shoots, including developing briefs, capturing in-house content, and coordinating with external vendors for larger projects.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and native social platform dashboards (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
- Experience with digital brand governance — maintaining consistency across platforms while supporting creative evolution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A passion for food and culinary storytelling, with an eye for creating content that reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid, office-based role with an expectation of 2–3 days per week in the office or local studio to support digital strategy.
- Less than 10% travel expected for events or meetings
