Knowledge/Education:
- High school diploma of GED certificate.
- 1 + years’ experience as a team leader in manufacturing facility. Perfervidly in food.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed largely in a plant environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours equaling 40 hours per week. The work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks which require safety precautions.

Lifting Requirement

Lifting 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying articles as dockets, ledgers, and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
