NRG Bakery is looking for a Baker to join the team.
About the Position: In the Baker role, you will be responsible for producing cakes, desserts and all associated prep recipes, under the supervision of our Executive Pastry Chef.
About You: You are passionate about food. You have a strong sense of urgency, great organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
Essential Duties:
- Properly scales, mixes, and bakes, as specified by the chef
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment at all times
- Upholds all organizational and sanitation guidelines
- Maintains quality and consistency in all baked goods
- Writes daily production list, as needed
- Works collaboratively with all bakery team members to fulfill production levels
- Assists in the packing and labeling of out-bound orders as needed
- Assists in monthly inventory of ingredients and prepped products
- Participates in seasonal recipe development as outlined by the chef
