Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Security Administration, Criminal Justice or equivalent
- 5+ years of security experience, preferably in a security or law enforcement capacity
- Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) designations required
- REVIT and AutoCAD knowledge and proficiency of the construction process lifecycle including, but not limited to bid packages, specifications, addendum, and bulletins
- Demonstrated ability to establish self as a business partner with internal customers to develop and influence Safety and Security initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and to gain cross-functional alignment for execution
- Ability to foster and develop a cooperative work environment
- Responsive, high quality customer service orientation
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to analyze data trends and develop solutions to mitigate risk

Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.Â
Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in outdoor settings and adverse weather, as well as in an office setting. This is including verbally communicating, seeing, and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting, and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.Â
