Key Responsibilities (organized by Key Result Areas - KRA):

  • KRA #1: Responding to Mindset in Behavior: This section emphasizes a proactive, child-centered, and therapeutic approach to behavior management.
  • KRA #2: Management of Clinical Services in the Day Schools: This focuses on the leadership and oversight of clinical services.
  • KRA #3: Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the program operates in full compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies and participating in CQI processes.
  • KRA #4: Training: Developing and implementing in-service training for clinical and related services personnel, offering seminars, supporting the development of sound treatment plans and progress notes.

 

Academic Preparation and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (at minimum) in a Mental Health or related field.
  • LCSW-C or SLP License Preferred
  • 5 years of experience in administration, supervision, or program management within a mental health, social service, or special education organization.
  • Must possess supervision certification through the Board of Social Work Examiners in Maryland (given the location context).
