Key Responsibilities

- Provide weekly group and individual supervision to school social workers.
- Deliver monthly supervision to therapeutic behavioral aides per medical assistance requirements.
- Ensure related services are implemented in alignment with student IEPs.
- Respond to behavioral crises, providing clinical support during restraints/seclusions.
- Develop caseload assignments and monitor delivery of services.
- Document services in IEP and school systems in compliance with COMAR and OSSE requirements.
- Oversee clinical practices and behavior support programs school-wide.
- Participate in compliance meetings, professional development, and parent/community outreach.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidates Have:

- Master’s Degree in Social Work.
- LCSW-C (Maryland) with board approval for supervision OR LICSW (DC).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration, supervision, or program management within a mental health, social service, or special education organization.
- Strong skills in crisis management, IEP processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
