Education: Master’s degree in a human services field (QMHP) required.Â
License/certifications:Â LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW preferred
Experience: Two or more years of experience in behavioral health/crisis services preferred. Â
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide clinical services to clients with a variety of psychiatric disorders.
- Working knowledge of the Mental Health Recovery Model.
- Effective counseling skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects as one time and shift focus back and forth, as needed.
- Organizational skills to handle the demands of Residential Services.
- Abide by AID’s Code of Ethics, policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional judgment and performance regardless of personal issues
- Maintain a clean work area. Be respectful of other’s work areas. Â
- Abide by AID’s professional dress code, including footwear. Â
