Newport Restaurant Group is looking for a Sales and Event Manager to join the team.
About the Position: In the Sales & Event Manager role, you will be responsible for planning, and executing private dining events across all market segments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing revenue opportunities
About You: You are passionate, energetic and to whom pleasing and impressing guests comes naturally.
Essential Duties:
- Partners with culinary department to create profitable menus and drive catering revenues
- Maintains full knowledge of catering menu, booking parameters, and function room specifications
- Conducts site inspections
- Prepares & collects invoices
- Maintains high level knowledge of major competitors
- Provides accurate distribution of Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and Event Previews
- Attends industry meetings and events which may take place outside of regular business hours
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation $55,000-$58,000/Year!
