Job Summary

Step into the holiday magic and become part of the season’s most memorable moments! As a Holiday Photo Host, you’ll be at the heart of the festivities—snapping photos with Santa, glowing holiday lights, and sparkling seasonal sets. Every shift is a chance to spread cheer, create keepsakes, and help families take home the magic. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where your creativity, customer service, and sales skills come together to make every guest visit unforgettable. If you shine on evenings and weekends, this seasonal role could be your ticket back for our exciting summer season too! 

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism. 

• Operate cameras to capture high-quality photos of guests, ensuring optimal lighting, poses, and framing to encourage purchases. 

• Assist guests in selecting and creating personalized photo packages, keepsakes, and merchandise. 

• Process sales efficiently through the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit transactions, reconciling receipts, and maintaining accurate change. 

• Proactively cross-sell and upsell products to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and festive workspace while promptly reporting any equipment or supply issues. 

• Adapt to a fast-paced environment by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously. 

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, enjoyable guest experience and stay informed about current promotions and product details. 

• Open availability, especially evenings and weekends during the holiday season. 

• Comfortable using cameras, tablets, and POS systems. 

• Energetic, outgoing, professional and ready to spread holiday cheer. 

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.  

• Excellent communication with strong math and time management skills.   

• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. 

• Reliable transportation. 

• Willingness to be cross trained as both Photographer and Cashier. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Frequent standing, walking, and carrying throughout shifts. 

• Hand/eye coordination for cameras, tablets, and POS equipment. 

• Clear speech and active listening to interact with guests and teammates 

Work Environment

• Outdoor environment, often in chilly winter weather. 

• Standing and walking for most of the shifts. 

• Lively, high-volume guest interaction in a festive atmosphere
