Jeff Wyler CDJR of Ft. Thomas, KY is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Closer to join our team!

As an Automotive Sales Closer at CDJR of Ft. Thomas, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering outstanding customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to close deals, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Automotive Sales Closer Compensation:

Responsibilities:
 

  •  Close sales deals and meet monthly sales targets
  •  Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions
  •  Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and address customer concerns
  •  Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options to meet customer needs and dealership goals
  •  Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory
  •  Collaborate with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve dealership objectives
  •  Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

Qualifications

  •  2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably as a closer
  •  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  •  Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technologies
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  •  High school diploma or equivalent required
  •  Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
