We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Jeff Wyler Mercedes-Benz of Louisville team!

This isn’t a standard desk role this is where sales meet strategy.
As a Finance Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Louisville, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving profitability for the store. This position goes beyond paperwork, it’s about closing deals, negotiating confidently, and knowing our products inside and out.

• Full-time
• 5-Day Work Week (Monday–Saturday, Closed Sundays)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is a plus.
• Strong closing and leadership skills
• Professional appearance & excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to follow set guidelines and rules inside of team atmosphere.
• Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, have the desire to Win and possess the ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Documentation of candidates' past accomplishments and success is appreciated.
