Specialist Candidates
- Be 20 years of age or older with HS Degree or Equivalent
- Experience working with children/ Experience working in designated specialty area
- Experience with activity planning and facilitation
- Willing to commit to 8 weeks of summer camp plus our Staff Training Week (See schedule below)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and maintain perspective under pressureÂ
- Commitment to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs
- Must be enthusiastic and demonstrate and desire to go the extra mile
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Weekly schedule is subject to change depending on the needs of the organization.Â
