What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and success in customer service
- The most successful candidate will be self-motivated, work well independently, prioritize, problem-solve, and have excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and demonstration of proven sales experience.
- Strong computer abilities, including knowledge of Google Workplace, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Lead by example; follow all policies and procedures as defined in the NOJCC Handbook and as directed by Agency leadership.
- Basic awareness of Judaism and Jewish cultural norms and traditions.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, occasional weekends and evenings
