What You’ll Do:
As our General Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales department’s success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales professionals to exceed goals
- Coaching and mentoring staff to strengthen skills in sales, customer service, and closing strategies
- Overseeing the sales process to ensure efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction
