CHARGE NURSE FT - 4 EAST Weekends Sat, Sun, Monday

Job Summary:        

• Delegate assignments to team members based on complexity, staff education and competency.  
• Administer medication, IV therapy, and nursing polices.    
• Make rounds on new admits as well as any issues.    
• Evaluate staffing based on census and make changes accordingly.    
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.      
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.    

Education:                
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.   

Experience:                
Minimum 1 year experience as a registered nurse. Supervisor experience preferred.                 

Additional Skills/Abilities:                
Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required. Must be ACLS certified.
