The Role:

 

As our Recruiter, you’ll take charge of full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure we are hiring the best talent to support our continued growth. You’ll also play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and improving recruitment strategies across all business units. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process across a variety of job functions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in transportation and chemical operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment with workforce planning
  • Build a candidate pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and events
  • Maintain compliance and accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and recruitment campaigns
  • Share market insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support HR in onboarding and broader employee services as needed

Key Qualifications:

 

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in industrial, transportation, or manufacturing environments
  • Proven success sourcing technical and operations talent (e.g., CDL drivers, chemical plant operators)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools; Paycom experience is a plus
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
