SKILLS REQUIRED
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and think independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Event planning skills
- Candidate must be enthusiastic, a self-starter, have the ability to work in a group or independently and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Pursuing a 2-year or 4-year college degree in, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Legal Studies, Marketing, Global/Cultural Studies or a related field.
- Sophomore, Junior or Senior Standing
- Experience in research, planning and execution of DEIB initiatives preferred
