SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis tools.
- Self-Motivated and Collaborative – Demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong Attention to Detail – Maintains accuracy and organization when handling payroll data and documentation.
- Effective Communication – Able to clearly convey information and ideas, and think critically when addressing issues.
- Discretion and Confidentiality – Capable of handling sensitive payroll and employee information with professionalism and integrity.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources or a related field
- Sophomore, Junior or Senior Standing
