EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
- Prior office experience in a professional setting strongly preferred
- Previous experience in payroll and timekeeping administration is a plus
- Experience with Paycom or Workday systems is a plus
SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Capable of thorough and detailed analysis.
- Skilled knowledge of how to use spreadsheets (i.e. Microsoft Excel) and demonstrates accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
