Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Union Home Mortgage, you will play a key role in crafting compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence and supports marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team and Loan Officers to create engaging digital and print materials that communicate our message clearly and effectively to prospective homeowners, real estate agents, and referral partners.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, billboards and presentations.
• Design visually appealing content that aligns with Union Home Mortgage’s brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to understand project goals and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms and materials.
• Pitch social media ideas and follow through on execution.
• Write headlines for social content
• Stay informed about trends and emerging design tools to keep our creative output fresh and effective.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, fine arts, digital design or related field.
• 4+ years’ of professional  graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital design tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web designs is a plus. Familiarity with designing for web landing pages and mobile first environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of marketing, digital, and print design projects.
• Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Organized, detailed-orientated and thrives in a high output environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
