DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Automate Repetitive Tasks: Take full ownership of end-to-end solutions; analyze manual workflows, prepare datasets, build and deploy document classification and data extraction models to eliminate redundant human effort.
  • Streamline Workflows: Deliver complete AI systems that integrate with loan origination systems
  • Minimize Errors: Implement end-to-end data validation pipelines incorporating anomaly detection, ensemble checks, and feedback loops to enforce consistency across mortgage data sources.
  • Ensure Compliance: Build compliance-ready AI solutions from the ground up, embedding model explainability, audit trails, and bias-monitoring aligned with regulations
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Lead architecture reviews and deployment planning with data engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain Systems: Own the complete MLOps lifecycle using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker; monitor model drift, orchestrate retraining, and ensure high availability of inference services.
  • Stay Current: Research emerging AI techniques and incorporate them into end-to-end prototypes and production solutions
