Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional training through a culinary education or working in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant/catering facility, full service casual dining preferred.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience.
- C.R.I.T Community Environmental Health Food Handlers Card and any other required compliance trainings
- All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the CRIT Tribal Gaming Agency prior to beginning work and are required to have license renewed annually.
Uniforms
Uniforms will be specific to each outlet. All hair must be completely contained within the approved health standards. All hairstyles, body art and piercings must adhere to company policy to meet the needs of the health code and professional standards.Â
