Position Overview:
The Pain Management Clinic Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing support for outpatient pain management services within our Rural Health and Specialty Clinic. Working under the supervision of the Pain Management Provider and in collaboration with the RN and support staff, this position ensures patients receive compassionate, consistent, and quality care throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient preparation, procedures, and post-visit coordination.
- Provide patient education and reinforce care plans established by the provider or RN.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with regulations.
- Support and promote safe clinic operations and infection prevention standards.
- Monitor and assist with patient flow to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and team members.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and providers to ensure clarity and follow-through.
- Oversee daily activities of assigned CMA/CNA staff.
- Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergent situations within LPN scope.
- Participate in clinic quality initiatives and workflow improvement projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
