Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned Program Management Lead with 10–15 years of relevant experience, including a strong track record of delivering impact through cross-functional program execution in complex, high-growth, or startup environments. The ideal candidate holds a PMP certification, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and has demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity, scaling systems, and establishing operational programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Own execution and governance across a portfolio of data center customer programs, aligning each with strategic objectives.
  • Drive standardization of processes, reporting, and quality across programs to ensure consistency in delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams—engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and services—to deliver complex DCS infrastructure projects.
  • Implement regular reporting rhythms, dashboards, and KPI tracking for internal and customer-specific reviews.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders on program health, risk management, and roadmap evolution.
  • Manage capacity planning, tooling strategy, and operational scalability initiatives as the business grows.
  • Proven leader in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with startup or high-growth experience.
  • Deep understanding of the data center ecosystem, including rack integration, hardware deployment, and compliance.
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence at VP+ levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a clear understanding of the impact of operational excellence on retention and satisfaction.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

Requirements:

  • PMP (required); PgMP, ITIL, or Agile/SAFe certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma practices for operational standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and managerial skills, with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred: proven experience driving process improvement and efficiency.
  • Working Program & resource management tools: Microsoft Project, WaySuite, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
  • Enterprise systems: SAP (especially Project Systems module).
  • Reporting & BI: Power BI, Tableau for executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Collaboration & documentation: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with DCIM platforms, AutoCAD/Visio, or other infrastructure visualization tools is a plus.
