Job Description:

  • Coordinate, plan and control the entire process chain regarding optimal cross-plant utilization and material supply
  • Creation, maintenance, and optimization of network plans
  • Create and execute weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules
  • Maintain an up-to-date production schedule, ensuring all products are delivered on time
  • Monitor productivity rates, standards, KPI’s
  • Optimize the entire production chain with lean methods
  • Determine delivery times for internal and external projects
  • Oversee the financial aspects of a production, such as cost and revenues to ensure profitability
  • Continuous improvement of operational performance to increase competitiveness
  • Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
  • Commercial processing of intercompany project accounting
  • Communication skills to successfully interface with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s (BS) degree preferred or 5 -10 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel to support work-in-progress and production schedules
  • Knowledge of material requirements planning (ERP) systems
  • Knowledge of retail math’s and the ability to calculate wholesale costs, Resource Requirements Planning (RRP) and margins
  • Complex problem-solving skills: Identify problems and review related information to develop, evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Detailed-orientated and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to successfully interface with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing
