Job Description:

  • Creates and follows up on spare parts and service quotes
  • Creates and manages spare parts and service orders from order entry through to invoice creation
  • Manage communications with customers using emails, texts, web portals and phone calls
  • Builds customer rapport and manages customer relationships and accounts relating to order processing
  • Provides issue resolution relating to customer orders
  • Supports the Parts and Services team to meet proposal deadlines, to satisfy customer requests and to achieve internal sales and margin targets  
  • Communicates and builds relations with internal departments such as Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics to monitor parts status and timely order fulfillment   
  • Follows internal processes using corporate systems such as SAP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Required Skills:

  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and drive for results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with internal departments and customers
  • Ability to efficiently organize workload and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail is paramount in reviewing purchase orders, quotes, policies, and work instructions
  • Strong issue solving thought processes from identification through to resolution
  • Ability to read and decipher parts within technical plans, drawings, or models is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Computer and Keyboarding

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical experience or degree is a plus
  • 3+ Years of Experience in a Sales Support or Customer Service role
