Documentation & Recordkeeping:
Process, organize, and maintain compliance related documents, reports, and other required filings. Maintain accurate and up to date records of compliance activities in accordance with company policy. Prepare, update, and store files for audits, monitoring visits, and program evaluations. (Performs approximately 30% of the day)
Reporting & Communication:
Assist in preparing and submitting compliance reports to regulatory agencies. Collaborate with the internal teams, management, and external agencies regarding compliance matters. Respond to compliance inquiries from partners, regulators, and internal staff.. (Performs approximately 20% of day)
Compliance Program & Regulatory Requirements
Maintain state mandated training records and ensure all required trainings are tracked and documented. Ensure compliance by gathering and verifying Tb tests, I-9 forms, Workers’ compensation documentation, and other regulatory records as required. Support policy adherence tracking and internal audit processes. Assist in ensuring compliance with California State law and other applicable regulations.(Performs approximately 25% of day)
Data & Analysis Support
Download, review, and interpret compliance related data and reports. Assist in identifying trends, discrepancies, or areas requiring corrective action. Utilize basic formulas and spreadsheets tools to support compliance data analysis. (Performs approximately 15% of day)
Other Duties as Assigned
Perform additional compliance related tasks as directed by management to support organizational needs. (Performs approximately 10% of day)
