- Education Pathway Program Leadership (40%)
Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of education pathway programs, including FAAME (Future African American Male Educators), Future Fellows, Formando el Futuro, Road to Teaching (RTT), the Summer Internship Program, and Professional Development Opportunities (e.g., Burton PD), as well as the Annual Signing Day. Ensure all programs are implemented with fidelity and meet outcomes as outlined in grant funding or partnership agreements. Plan and execute high-quality events and conferences, including student academies, regional convenings, and public-facing showcases. Manage event logistics such as securing venues, coordinating speakers and vendors, arranging materials, and managing registration. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure events align with program goals and organizational values. Ensure all events remain within budget, meet attendance targets, and provide impactful, mission-aligned experiences for participants.
- District and School Site Coordination (30%)
Oversee student participation and program delivery across key district partners, including Lemoore, Burton, Corcoran, Firebaugh, Caruthers, Washington Union (Professional Development focus), and Clovis Unified (Summer Internship focus). Serve approximately 150 Future Fellows and coordinate conferences with up to 350 attendees. Maintain regular communication with district administrators, site leaders, and mentors to ensure smooth program operations and high-quality student engagement.
- Partnership Management (10%)
Act as liaison between district, higher education, and community partners.Maintain strong working relationships with partner representatives to ensure alignment and program success. Attend and contribute to advisory committee meetings and district partner discussions to support collaborative program improvement.
- Staff and Mentor Oversight (10%)
Provide supervision, support, and development opportunities for mentors, Teachers on Special Assignment (TOSAs), and instructional personnel participating in pathway programs. Organize and facilitate required trainings, including mentor orientation, Future Fellow Academy (FFA), and district-designated or grant-funded sessions. Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure program excellence.
- Talent and Recruitment Collaboration (10%)
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and refer promising candidates discovered through pathway programs. Support long-term educator pipeline strategies by fostering student interest in teaching careers. Ensure program participants are well-informed about CTFF opportunities and advancement pathways.
