
Warranty Administrator
Bergstrom Automotive Headquarters - Neenah
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Processes warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor.
- Closes and processes repair orders for warranty and extended warranty services.
- Inputs all warranty claims, warranty credit memos, warranty journal entries and payroll summaries into the computer.
- Accurately creates and sends reports on a weekly basis.
- Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.
- Follows up on payment of outstanding claims, keeping schedules current and under 30 days and less.
- Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one hour lunch. Additional overtime hours may be required the final business day of the month.
Hourly pay based on experience.
