Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Turf Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in golf course maintenance, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of turfgrass management, irrigation systems, and pest/disease control.
- Proficiency with modern maintenance equipment and technologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
