We’re expanding and looking for a driven and coachable Territory Sales Manager to join our team and support our customers in the Northeast Territory (Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, and the New England states). If you have a hunter mindset, curiosity to learn, and the drive to win—we’ll provide the tools, training, and support to help you thrive.


What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify, connect with, and manage relationships with prospects in your assigned territory
  • Learn and confidently present Z-Band’s AV distribution solutions to decision-makers
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from outreach and demos to proposals and closing deals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, integrators, end users, and channel partners.
  • Represent Z-Band at trade shows and in-person meetings with prospective clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of your activity using our CRM (Zoho)

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter motivated by goals and growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across a range of industries and roles
  • A curious problem solver who learns quickly and adapts to change
  • Comfortable initiating outreach through calls, emails, networking, and following up
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing consultative roles is a plus—but not required
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet eligibility requirements for vehicle rental
