We’re looking for a Field Technician who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and working directly with customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a career in AV/IT while supporting cutting-edge video distribution technology.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to customer locations to assist with:

  • Project commissioning and installation

  • Customer training and product education

  • Troubleshooting and technical support

  • Following site safety protocols and documenting trip reports

• Provide remote support via phone, email, and help desk (Zoho Desk)

• Support the Sales team with product demos, Q&A, and post-sales activities

• Collaborate with engineers to test products, document findings, and maintain demo equipment

• Assist with product configuration, network setup, and quality checks

Pay Range
💲 $22 – $28/hour (Entry-Level)
💲 $28 – $35/hour (Mid-Level, based on experience)

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Engineering, Technology) or 2+ years of technical experience

• AV/IT background strongly preferred (RF/IP systems, cabling, networking)

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Willingness to travel across North America, sometimes on short notice

• Valid driver’s license (passport or ability to obtain preferred)

• Ability to lift 25 lbs

Nice-to-Have Skills

• CompTIA or AVIXA CTS certifications

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/VLAN, fiber optics, RF test equipment, or enterprise video systems
