Summary

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support Field Service Operations and the Field Service team. This position will oversee the dispatching and monitoring of service technicians and calls, and monitor staff for optimal coverage.

 

Pay Range and Schedule

  • $21.50 - DOE
  • Tuesday - Friday 7:30AM - 6:00PM

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answers service calls from Redemption Center and Retail customer sites
  • Dispatches Field Service machine service calls to technicians and track completion status
  • Ensures that all services meet or beat any given Service Level Agreement for department
  • Makes priority calls and adjusts service technician schedules to meet all requirements and jobs
  • Provide excellent customer service to retailers to foster strong relationships
  • Monitors all technician and mechanics for optimal coverage
  • Manages daily shipping and receiving process
  • Maintains Field Service information system, including maintenance and accuracy
  • Provides phone back-up for BottleDrop call queue
  • Assists Retail Relationship Coordinator with customer service as needed
  • Other job duties as assigned

 

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates Degree, Technical school, or computer course/certifications preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with general office and administrative functions
  • Previous experience with high volume call center or multi-line phone system

 

Requirements – Skills, Job Knowledge & Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally at all levels with internal and external business partners
  • Proficiency and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • General knowledge of spreadsheet and database tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, handle frequent changes effectively and professionally, follow through on issues in a timely manner, and give excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Understanding of Oregon geography, including major routes and general travel times and impacts
  • Regular, reliable, in-person attendance

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, or parts, up to 20 pounds. This would require to ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
