Salary: $59,000-$65,000 per year with Excellent Benefits Package

Key Responsibilities: As a Base Store Manager, you will:

1. Manage Base Supply Store, including sales and operations management.
2. Establish Federal and State business and customer contacts, both on base and within fifty miles of the store. Work closely with the sales team to ensure sales growth.
3. Ensure personnel are properly trained and understand the operations manual, employee handbook and their position.
4. Maintain blind employment requirements and ensure all employees are trained in blind awareness and the AbilityOne Program.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail/sales operations, management, and customer service.
• Sound business development, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess valid driver’s license, and be able to pass Military Base Security Clearance.
