Store Lead – Lead with Purpose at IBVI

Location: Camp Mabry Base Supply Center – Austin, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Salary and Benefits: $20–$23 per Hour  with an Excellent Benefits Package

We’re looking for a Store Lead who’s ready to take pride in store operations, support a high-performing team, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service—all while contributing to a purpose that truly matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Checking in products and keeping the store moving forward.
• Maintaining the floor and warehouse to ensure the right products are available for the right customers.
• Supporting daily operations and helping the team stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations.
• Oversee receiving and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and fulfill special orders.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready.
• Deliver excellent customer service with integrity and care.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use pallet jacks/hand trucks.
