We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our Retail Division team. This role is essential in supporting our retail sales operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring exceptional service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Retail Sales Team in managing customer accounts and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of poultry products.
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and product data in internal systems.
- Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and customer presentations as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve order discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with new item setup, promotional planning, and inventory tracking.
- Monitor and communicate product availability, lead times, and any changes in production schedules.
- Support trade shows, product demos, and customer visits as required.
