Education/Certifications/Licenses:
* High school graduate.
* Minimum two years’ college preferred.
* CPR First Aid Certified.
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Work Experience:
* Minimum one year previous retail or customer service experience.
* Minimum one year’s experience leading teams.
* Prior experience working with junior high and high school students.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Working knowledge of POS systems.
* Ability to articulate the gospel of Jesus Christ as communicated in Scripture.
* Ability to demonstrate a personal, committed and thought-through faith in Christ.
* Positive role model, listener, enthusiastic leader, and friend.
* Must exhibit great interpersonal skills with people of all ages.
* A heart to serve whenever needed.
* Ability to engage in a variety of outdoor activities.
Physical Demands:
* Requires standing for long periods, squatting, twisting and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs. for a maximum of 20 feet.
Additional Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age due to requirement for onsite community living
* Must have a clean driving record of at least three years, and agree to and comply with MHA’s employee driving guidelines for MHA-owned vehicles and use of personal vehicles for business purposes.
* Adherence to the basic principles as expressed in MHA’s Mission, Vision, Culture Code and Standards of Conduct.
* Adherence to company dress code and professional standards for personal grooming and appearance.
* Satisfactory completion of background investigation, or valid work permit, as well as ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
