- Responsible for serving guests while complying with a sequence of customer service standards to positively impact the guests’ experience
- Ability to assume a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guests and fellow staff members
- Detailed and working knowledge of all menu items
- Ensure guest complaints are addressed and/or forwarded to the manager on duty
- Open communication with kitchen staff to maintain an orderly line
- Communicate needs to the kitchen in a courteous, professional and concise manner
- Knowledge of restaurant section, table and seat numbers to ensure accurate delivery of guest orders
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Comply with the Company’s standards of conduct
- Complete food and beverage knowledge and be able to communicate in detail to guests  Â
